HI, I'M TAMMY WEBSTER!

NASM personal trainer and founder of Fit Body & Wellness.

As a Fitness and Wellness coach for over 30 years, I have seen the toll that illnesses derive from obesity, poor nutrition, and lack of exercise can take firsthand within my family, and with many clients over the years.

Today, I am here to combat those concerns and help you become the very best version of YOU! With exercise, nutrition guidance, and understanding external and internal triggers, we will work together to tackle what has stopped you from not succeeding in the past - emotionally, mentally and physically.

Our daily life consists of many roles. We tend to lose ourselves and our focus. It's ok! We can learn together how to get YOUR identity back and still remain in all those roles while feeling and looking better than ever.

My three-step approach is somewhat different than most. It is called the T.R.L. Method: Transform, Reset, and Love. We work to tackle all the challenges you may face - from menopause and hormonal imbalances, to increasing strength and bone density, or improving your health and even your skin elasticity. Using our method guarantees an overall improvement in all areas of your life.
